Ana

CA

I’m the mother of two amazing children that keep me motivated and focused. When I’m not at work, you could find my husband, kids, and myself trying out new restaurants, finding museums and art exhibits, and spending much-needed time with our family and friends.

As a part of the team here at Cary Chiropractic and Massage, I feel privileged and very excited to work with members of our community. I pride myself on being a hard worker in and out the office.

Jackie

Jackie

My name is Jackie! I like to start off my day going to the gym early in the morning before work.

When I’m not at work I am usually out with my siblings going to the park and museums.

I like going out with my friends to try new restaurants/places. I love nature, so when it’s a nice day I like to go for a run or a walk.  I also enjoy photography, and like to travel and discover new places.

Tinja

Tinja Henry

Tinja graduated from the Institute of Therapeutic Massage in 2017.

Tinja’s love of Massage Therapy was peaked after a health crisis, which led to a re-evaluation of the type of work that would bring a sense of joy and fulfillment. With previous work in Physical Therapy, in the early 1990’s, she decided to go back to school to study the area of massage.

Tinja enrolled in the Massage Therapy and Bodywork Program of the Institute of  Therapeutic Massage, Bloomfield Campus. Among the continuing education courses taken are Hot Stone Massage for Head and Neck Pain, Upper Body, addressing Shoulder and Neck Pain with Massage Therapy, and several business and ethics
courses.

Tinja is committed to providing clients a safe, relaxing, and therapeutic atmosphere to help them relax, recover from injuries and rehabilitate from medical conditions.

When she is not providing therapy, Tinja can be found spending time with her family and furbabies.
